Chef Elizabeth has always loved cooking. Born of Italian blood on her mother’s side and married to a Louisiana man, Elizabeth has honed her craft by cooking for family and friends over the past 20 years.
After 10 years working in the field of epidemiology, Elizabeth decided to promote her passion for cooking from a hobby to a full time business. Her love of Italian cuisine coupled with perfecting some of her husband’s favorite Cajun meals made Cajun Amoré an easy career shift.
Elizabeth thrives on making everyone feel welcome at her table and loves preparing food for others to enjoy. Whether she is preparing restaurant quality meals for standard weeknight dinners or crowd pleasing favorites for parties, Elizabeth is truly at home in the kitchen.
